The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over myDigitaloffice.com LLC’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices that myDigitalOffice adheres to when processing Personal Data collected from customers located in European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland to the United States in reliance on the respective Privacy Shield framework.

And/or myDigitalOffice uses an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. And/or myDigitalOffice partners with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services are shared. However, these parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

This is can be verified through looking for a closed lock icon at the top of web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While myDigitalOffice uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers with personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Data Integrity & Purpose Limitation
myDigitalOffice does not process personal information in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. We take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current to the extent necessary for the purposes for the Personal Information is used.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, myDigitalOffice commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. Within the scope of this privacy notice, if a privacy complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through MyDigitalOffice’s internal processes, MyDigitalOffice has agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure. Subject to the terms of the VeraSafe Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution Procedure, VeraSafe will provide appropriate recourse free of charge to you.
