myDigitalOffice Continues Momentum & Growth

BETHESDA, MD, Jan. 25, 2022 – myDigitalOffice (MDO), the leading provider of hotel performance management software, is pleased to announce continued momentum in 2021 with strong year over year revenue growth, additions of strategic customers, increased hiring, and prominent industry recognition.

Throughout the ongoing pandemic, myDigitalOffice’s cloud-based suite of products were strongly positioned to assist their clients by providing 24/7 remote access to hotel operating insights and performance metrics. In 2021, myDigitalOffice more than doubled the number of hotels on their platform, ending out the year with over 4,000 hotels across North America. As a result, MDO recently announced a strategic investment from Cove Hill Partners to continue this momentum.

“As myDigitalOffice enters its seventh year of business, we feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced another year of record growth, but particularly when that growth is directly tied to assisting our customers through recovery from the effects of the pandemic. If we’re growing, that means hoteliers are getting smarter and doing more with their data,” said Ali Moloo, Founder and CEO of myDigitalOffice. “We hope to always be a source of light and hope for our customers.”

Since the start of 2021, myDigitalOffice more than tripled their software revenues by adding new customers and strengthening existing relationships and partnerships, including one with one of the largest global hotel brands. With this growth, myDigitalOffice has been investing in technology and innovation, processes, and people – including Sales and Customer Success leadership roles by adding Chuck Jones and Adam Whaley, respectively – while more than doubling their employee count since the same time last year.

“I’m excited to join the MDO family and expand upon what the team has already accomplished,” said Jones. “We’re poised for a very exciting 2022 and beyond. I actually implemented myDigitalOffice during my time as a hotel owner and operator, so I’m particularly excited to be here and to help drive MDO to new heights.”

As the myDigitalOffice team and customer base grows, so does the technology platform and its long list of integrations. In May of 2021, myDigitalOffice acquired Broadvine and welcomed their talented team and industry leading hotel business planning tools – budgeting and forecasting, specifically – to the family. MDO has also expanded a growing list of integrations that support some of the industry’s most sophisticated hotel finance and operations teams, sales and revenue leaders, and more, by providing unprecedented, cross-functional, daily insights into their business’ performance.

“MDO is poised to continue our climb to become the global, de facto standard and leader for hotel data, digital documents, and overall hotel information and connectivity,” Moloo continued. We are humbled and honored to serve our customers every day while building a platform that, we believe, is truly helping to revolutionize our industry. It’s so exciting to think that, with all of that being said, this is only the beginning.”
